As soon as you enter you realize that you are in a different space from most bars in the mountains. The decoration, the music, the atmosphere, the fantastic treatment of the staff... Every detail seems to have been taken care of to build an unbeatable dining experience. And the cherry on top comes when you sit down to dinner. Generous dishes, well presented and in which the flavor shines behind each bite. We had nachos, baos de cheeks and cochinita pibil tacos for dinner, all highly recommended. For dessert, cheesecake, one of the best I've ever had. We will surely return to try their famous ribs. Without a doubt, it has become one of my reference sites in the mountains of Madrid.

Very cool, modern place, not your typical mountain restaurant. We ordered the hummus, the burrata salad, 3 wines, extra pita bread, a Cocacola zero and an Oreo mousse. We paid 35.30. Everything is delicious, excellent service and they let you enter with dogs!!!

The truth is that we loved the treatment of the two spectacular kids. María had a very very good detail with Professor Bacterio and that is to be appreciated ha ha ha. Don't hesitate to stop by to see them if you come to Collado Mediano because both the food and the atmosphere and the treatment are a discovery.

This place keeps getting me. I don't know how many times I've been there, but I love eating their hot dog and they make the hamburger of the month tastier every time.The gyozas are from another day and are very delicious.Today we tried the nachos which are very delicious and the cheesecake excellent.Congratulations on this place. Personally I must say that I love coming to town and seeing life when they are open.I just went to have a drink and I really liked it. The attention, the ideal place and the very good wine.Now, how I love to taste good food, I hope they will have the kitchen soon.For now I give them five stars and I hope they continue.

Modern restaurant but without nonsense, in the heart of Madrid. Not everything is Navacerrada's rumba. Magnificently decorated, comfortable. Menu with the perfect size, with very well made dishes. Very reasonable prices. Tacos of various types, nachos, hamburgers..... all highly advisable

I think it is the best place in Collado Mediano. Completely renovated premises and on this occasion it was decorated with a Halloween theme.I really liked the place, and it also has La Virgen beer. I was looking forward to trying some of their burgers, but that's for next time. I ordered a Gilda and it wasn't bad, but I prefer them with small olives, a minor detail.

Restobar with a very good atmosphere...and excellent food.Fast and friendly serviceThe terrace is small, elevated above the street.We were able to enjoy it for a little while because it started to rain but they immediately gave us a table inside.The cuisine is more of tapas, or fast.The spectacular nachos.
